Assai for EPC's - overview

The express start model will help your team to roll out Assai within a relatively short period of time, whilst offering the same robust and best practised configuration of the standard Assai application.
Assai for EPC’s is also suitable for customers who may want to scale their DMS application in the future, for example, to add modules such as Asset Information Management or the Integrated Project Environment.
Our objective is to train customers in document control best practices through using Assai. By implementing proper document control processes from the start, it will be easier to scale up later on.
Customer Project Team
To ensure a smooth implementation and aftercare support, we recommend that the customer put in place a
dedicated team. The primary responsibility of this team will be to coordinate the implementation with the Assai project team. In line with best practices, Assai recommends the following team structure:
- One project manager who oversees the team;
- An application manager
- An IT representative
- A document controller
It is the customer’s responsibility, based on organization structure, to finalize the project team.
